Can someone check for any issues with the connectivity around here?

When heading eastbound on US 30, OsmAnd+ tells me to exit US 30 onto Bondsville Rd., then immediately re-enter (still heading eastbound).

If it looks alright, that would still be helpful, since then I can point the OsmAnd+ developers here.
