Added missing bridge joining footpaths

Added missing footpaths. This is needed because the Capitol Ring Walk comes through here and the sign is ambiguous which path to go on. In fact, all paths lead to same point, so it's good to show this on the map.

Residential road incorrectly labeled.

Added footath through the maze. I don't know how well this will route.

Completed in missing hedges in the hedge maze.

Straighten out the exit to the path from this park. I was trying to fix why gpxstudio.github.io wouldn't route through this exit. I don't think this actually fixed that problem but it's neater now.

An attempt to dissuade the cycle routing from using these steps as there is much easier access just a little further to the SE.
