80806502	over 5 years ago	yeah actually Im the one doing it. Before I tagged the laboratory and the counselling differently but I was advised by the local OSM community here to merge it to the actual facility as it may confuse people to think that there are 2 clinics or laboratories within the hospital. I am really sorry. I actually plan to go back and edit all the 500+ since these are duplicates that have been uploaded and just looking for the perfect tagging system. Honestly, I also dont know how to document or the actual process of doing it for OSM. There are more or less 400 more hiv centers I havent uploaded. Do you happen to have a telegram account so as we can continue our correspondence there. :)

Cross validating it with data in OSM - the points did no show up in the OSM webpage.
