Hi friends in Hungary. I saw pictures of the new part of national road 8. It has 2 lanes per direction, and is grade separated. I don't know how you do that in hungary, but that might be a trunk road. OSM regulations say, that for categorizing roads one should not only look for the official road categories but for the importance and real state of ths structure.

In germany this means, that we tag almost only motorways as motorways. But the highest category of national roads (Federal roads) could be sometimes motorway alike, sometimes trunk, sometimes category-1-roads or even less, whilst some regional or even city-roads are trunk.
