Why aren't those UAE islands not assigned their marine borders as per Emirate of Abu Dhabi Government ?

if the islands belong to ARE should the admin boundary be changed? where to find official data source?

someone set an maritime boundary here, but this should be an artifical island for oil industry not a official island / boundary
