Av. Doutor Leonardo Coimbra is oneway *AT LEAST* on this segment (the northeasternmost segment I split).
From the 2021 imagery this segment does look like oneway, but the rest I can't be sure... And I didn't go through the whole street to know about the rest, so it must be confirmed on the ground.
