Sorry about that. It was pointing at an address in Merseyside, I assumed this was an error but can see it is correct now!

I regularly drive by the Alberbury entrance to the estate which has a big private sign on it ("public" roads and paths show up in an app I use, which was bugging me). I've checked my physical maps and you're correct that there is a public footpath that starts from the village hall carpark. I've added it (although not 100% sure on where it enters the estate) and will be more careful about checking rights of way in the future. Cheers
