There are two minor waterways in this area, both being branches of Sucker Brook. They both feature waterfalls at certain times of year.

This parcel is one big construction site. The way it is tagged, it gets picked up by 3rd party sites as a recreational area suitable for walking on trails. This is not in the least bit accurate. The walking paths should be removed and the tag as open to public for recreation should be changed.
