The newly-opened facilities include (i) a new large roundabout (roughly located at this marker), (ii) an offramp from SR 520 that tunnels under 148th Ave NE to reach this roundabout, (iii) from the 152nd/Shen intersection, a street that runs westward, then southward to reach this roundabout, and (iv) from this roundabout, a street that runs eastward to a smaller roundabout (from which preexisting 151st Pl NE runs southward to NE 24th St).
