Er ist als emergency="Nicht mehr vorhanden" eingetragen. Ggf. wäre es vielleicht so etwas wie abandoned:*=*. Sofern vom Teich nichts mehr übrig ist, wonach es auf dem Luftbild aussieht, würde ich ihn ganz löschen.

Hier befindet sich ein Gebäude, ein Adressknoten und eine Bergrettungshütte direkt bei einander. Gehört die Adresse zu dem Gebäude?
