I think this circular road should be replaced with a single node with highway=turning_circle. Can someone confirm this?

Is the "Parcul Piața Unirii" realy only the area in the middle? For me it looks more like on big park inside the square of "Piața Unirii". Does anyone know the exact area that is refered to as "Parcul Piața Unirii"?

Hier ist eine area mit highway=turning_circle eingetragen. Auf dem Luftbild sieht es so aus, als wäre die Straßenfläche des Wendehammers gemeint. Laut Wiki (osm.wiki/Key:turning_circle) soll
highway=turning_circle aber nur für notes verwendet werden. Gibt es einen anderen/besseren Weg, um diese Situation zu kartieren?

This road-crossing is mapped strangly. The circular road is tagged as turning_circle=yes and there is also a node with junction=yes on the circular road.
It should probably be one of these:
junction=roundabout - a conventional roundabout
highway=mini_roundabout - a smaller roundabout with a traversable/mountable middle
junction=circular - not a roundabout but also round

Hier ist derzeit eine Straße als highway=turning_circle eingetragen. Diese sollte meines Erachtens nach entweder durch einen Punkt mit highway=turning_loop oder junction=roundabout eingetragen werden. Ich bin mir aber unsicher, was davon eher zutrifft. Kann hier jemand helfen?
