Some more detailed mapping should be done here: Not the whole mapped area is an Orchard, some is simply grass.

Check locally if this really should be the case; if yes maybe add an appropriate 'note'-tag, otherwise connect (and add barrier and access restriction if present).

According to Geoportal Brandenburg (https://geoportal.brandenburg.de/en/cms/portal/home/geosearch/e281775b-807f-4c81-9581-8627659f6005), there are ways here, and especially one way that passes over the motorway at this point.

The whole area could use some more mapping of individual tracks and paths :-).
