1. Zwei ähnliche Punkte
Es gibt hier zwei Punkte node/10154492751 (Physiotherapie Nicole Berndt) [1] und node/3623144676 (Massagepraxis Köhler) [2]. Der erste Punkt ist 1 Jahr alt, der andere 8 Jahre.
Wie ist hier die Situation. Sind dies zwei verschiedene Praxen (mit getrennten Räumen) oder nur eine mit geändertem Namen?

2. Spezialisierung
Welche der in [3] aufgeführten Spezialisierungen trifft zu? Massage Therapie?

Hi Jgsfhugvb,
I discussed the topic with some osm contributors and we concluded that ref=* [1] would be more suitable. As a last option one could also use name=*.

I'd adapt the tag therefore.

I am a bit unsure about an alternative tagging and also could not find any suggestions in the Wiki.
I'll ask for advise in the OSM messaging channels.

Alright, then addr:housenumber is not the rigth tag for this kind of information. addr:housenumber is supposed to be used for addresses not building numbers.
