This area was demolished. Reconstruction as residential area "Wohngebiet Muldenblick" was scheduled in 2018-12 and is currently in progress. During a bus ride on 2022-09-21 the bus line 15 also stopped here before continuing to south-west.
It seemed like an official bus stop. However I did not check whether it actually is.

The current building outline covers multiple buildings and building parts. They should be separated.
