I have fixed all the highways in here to be disused rather than abandoned, they still work as normal highways, plants have not overgrown them, however I used disused:highway=X instead of highway=X and disused=yes as recommended by openstreetmap tagging.

These are not ruins of buildings, they are building=school, and abandoned=yes or disused=yes (the buildings themselves do not appear to have deteriorated as of 2024.)
