Re-added incorrectly deleted way. Way still exists, hasn't been broken up, blocked or signed. Set access to "no" as this is not on the Parks map and is therefore presumably illegal. Added in compliance with OSM's policy of "map what's on the ground".

Removing old way. It's overgrown, goes through private property, the fence to access it repaired and a "Private Property" sign placed where you used to get through.
