Most renderers don't show relation-names for hiking routes, so I added the "560" name to the individual paths comprising Sentier 560. Knowing the name of a trail is important when in the mountains.

The line had no tags, and did not represent any physical feature I could detect in person. AllTrails shows a hike here which would be impossible in practice, and no user traces at AllTrails follow this line. I don't know how to find any OSM GPS traces.

The spelling "Lange Alm" is very commonly seen, both on the internet and on signposts. I'm assuming this is an English-ism, but it might also actually be the German.
