It's a cycleway, but only tag railway=abandoned + bicyle=designated. lonewolf3861 apparently remove the highway tag in osm.org/changeset/20387315 . Because this not tagged "highway", pretty much nothing displays/uses that as a cycleway. The fact that it _used to be_ a railway is less important than it's _currently_ a cycleway, so I'd recommend to put highway=cycleway (or =path?). |
