West Elm should be capitalized, instead of it being "west elm"

The name of "Private Property No Tresspassing" of two features just west of this point is inappropriate for OSM. Tagging it as "access=private" is what it should be, however I'm not sure how to better tag these as I don't know of what the true landuse (if it's brownfield that means it was constructed before and was torn down, so this tag is wrong too as far as I can tell). Also this parking lot is not a parking lot if it's tagged with 0 spaces, so this also needs to be fixed.

It used to be South President St until the JFX was built on top of North President St in the late '80s. Then it became President St. A lot of people are still confused about it, and many of the buildings (like mine) still have the old name. But it's wrong.
