There is a pilot project for Bike trails & additional foot trails in Cheasty Greenspace. Some trails seem to be open already, but not all.

It could be worth contacting Parks & Rec or one of the other agencies for official info.

I'm unsure about some details in this Grand Street Commons apartment complex. Particularly:

* What's the (new) allowed access on the small segment of Grand St.? There are bollards, but I haven't gotten a closer look yet.
* Need to verify what segment of Grand / 22nd was modified. Can cars go from 22nd to Grand to 23rd here, or is more blocked?
* Which areas are still under construction? It seems (based on the website) that the west and east buildings are both open but possibly not fully completed. Unclear what's happening at the South building.
* Where is parking available? Website seems to indicate a parking garage under the west building, but I don't know where the entrance(s) are. Also possible there is bike parking inside that garage (along the south wall?). Additionally, design review docs from seattle.gov might indicate parking around/under the south building.
* Footpaths
* Potentially could be art / fountains on Grand St., based on design review docs?

I hope to survey this area more thoroughly soon, if I find time. Thanks!

These 3 rectangles appear to be on top of the parking lot, are they covered parking or something else?

In 2021-2023, the city purchased this parcel and installed a park to improve traffic visibility. As of Nov. 2024, the park is closed for construction again. Not sure if the park should be added now, or only once the park opens again.

Not all of this area is a school. Some of it is a Catholic church.
