Review whether these should be "breakwater" or "dyke". Their main purpose seems to "channel" running water that would come from the mountains during heavy rains, so no damage is done to the town or nearby properties. Normally they are dry on both sides, and only the waterway side would have water during these floods.

Most of the trail surface is stones (unhewn_cobblestone for the tag?) instead of "dirt". Someone with time locally could split the trail in segments with different surface.

I would not consider this a SAC scale of T3... it is a well defined path, a bit slippery if wet... Based on that might be T2, but probably it is just a T1...
