Road speed limit has been lowered, and number of lanes has been reduced to 1 in either direction to further separate the bike lanes.

This construction is all done. I don't know how many buildings there are, or what footprint they have though.

Tag emergency room entrance

Fix speedlimit from 50 to 30mph on this portion of the Boulevard. It's always been 30mph on this road.

This building has been demolished. There's a new driveway conntecting to this parking lot near here, but I don't remember where.

Adjust roof for shape

Make pedestrian walkway into a multipoligon, so features can show through.
