Clearing a FixMe request, questioning whether this footpath goes on a private road - there is no private road in the vicinity from ground survey.

Added public footpath, which is signed from the ground

Added public bridleway. At both ends there are the usual wooden post "public bridleway" signs, but this wasn't mapped

Routing issues over this bridge on ridewithgps, so disconnected and reconnected it from the Bridleway. It shouldn't appear any different and may fix the routing on 3rd party engines. Dependencies re-added.
