I grew up on this street and it was always called "Mackenzie Lane" so I believe that it is incorrect.

The long driveway here has been made into a private road: Old Pequea Lane. All addresses on this driveway (293, 295, 297 & 299 Pequea Avenue) are now 293, 295, 297, & 299 Old Pequea Lane.
