Verify this ferry route exists.

I can't locate information about an existing "St Paul’s Bay" to "Sliema" ferry on the web.

For way: osm.org/way/591132569

One reference I see[1] seems indeterminate if it will exist in the future, "hopes to potentially extend ferry services from Valletta, Sliema and Mġarr in Gozo to St Paul’s Bay.". Another reference[2] indicates a route will start in Aug 2025.

The road from the point I have indicated to the main road Tul Il-Kosta is know n locally and sign posted as Telgha Tal-Madelina, this leads onto the 118 signposted as Triq il-Madelina

The place has gone or never existed. A user of Organic Maps application has reported that the POI was visible on the map (see snapshot date below), but was not found on the ground.
