Deleted the road as the road doesn't really exist.

Hey there, this was an accidentally mixed changeset, here are the two actual changes: added a node to intersection between road and cycleway: osm.org/node/3298200391 . Which contained accidentally a couple of buildings I added earlier: osm.org/#map=19/44.08339/-92.53151

Aligned a road too.
