Add more details to Goober Peas and the other shop connected to its building. Remove Langston 194 Tire, which isn't there anymore.

Add Sabeing on West King Street.

Designate the Dr. William Wood Highway.

Fix a note I left for myself at Forest Grove Road, fix some SR metadata, designate the Ed Yates Highway.

Add W.R. Puckett Lane.

Finally, finally settle on memorial designations being `official_name`s. Reclassify New Browns Ford Road.

Some minor tag changes around North Concord. Fix state road tag on Poplar Tent and International Drive.

Add a traffic light at Central Drive/Davidson Highway. Fix a weird name tag on a link.

Reclassify a few roads around Taylorsville.

Properly designate parts of 421 as not being motorways; after the bridge over the Yadkin River, there's an "end freeway" sign.
