The relation osm.org/relation/31311 seems to demonstrate the effect. Where SD5 is on the ref tag before the missing section and for the missing section the ref tag is SR5 and old_ref as extra is SS5. After Tagliacozzo the old_ref tag is dropped again. Think I can guess, but for definitively, who knows how to fix this gets the thumbs up award of the day. I'll proceed from there and update the Carsoli-Tagliacozzo section. |
