Some fixups to my previous changes to the pocket road intersection

Fixing intersection modeling at Pocket/Greenhaven for dual carriageway. Tried to make sure that the SacRT 56 relation is still correct, but it also looks like it was broken elsewhere. Review of this intersection's changes to relation appreciated

Small cleanups to intersection modeling at 12th street and North B

Lane count consistency improvements on I-5 from Sutterville to Pocket Rd. Needs imagery, but it's improved from before and should be correct.

Lane count corrections on 1-5 north from Pocket road to I-5 junction split. It varied between bridges and straightaways and was just plain wrong in most places. Would be good to get new imagery to confirm exact locations of changes, but this improves it.

Fixes to parking lot at Pocket and Greenhaven

Sidewalks and crossings at 7th and G

sidewalks, crossings, buildings, parking, etc near 11th and G.

Sidewalks and crossings, along with some squaring and cleanup in the Alkali Flat neighborhood

Removing crossing nodes from sidewalk and cycle paths from previous changeset that removed Blues Alley/12th Street Cycle Paths

Blues Alley doesn't connect to 12th street on either side

Sidewalks and crossings near 12th and C and some work along North 12th Street for same items.

Adding details for once Upon a child POI

Added medical office details for Kaiser elk Grove bighorn medical offices

Specify street/place names to addresses
