Wellfield: The area south of the A186 and A192, north of Redheugh Road is the district known as 'Wellfield' and there is a road sign to this effect (larger than a street sign, it is an area sign) at the point noted. This is mislocated in some maps like Google Maps because they misinterpreted where the area label was placed in old maps. Everything from Redheugh Road South/South-East to where Thorntree Drive meets the A192 is referred to as 'South Wellfield'.
