Is it really oneway road?

We've got a feedback from a driver telling us that he could not get to this road from the nearest service road. Can anyone tell if there is any restriction or obstruction? Thanks

There is a feedback from delivery driver, which shows that he couldn't drive through this road to trunk A66. Is there any kind of obstacle, access ban, gate or something else?
