Check spelling: currently the road is called Route du Levassey but the locality is called Le Levassaix. Road signs seem inconsistent: I’ve seen Le Levassaix (which seems predominant) but also Le Levassay. Any official source for the spelling?

Two milestones tagged "distance=zawrotka" here. The distance tag is definitely wrong (this should be the distance in km, as indicated on the milestone). Also, they are in a place where a service road joins: are there really milestones (or any kind of distance indicators) here, or something else?

distance=406 (406 km) seems very unlikely, the whole road is just a few km long
