on all available imagery the dual carriageway ends here. It just cressed a province, but likely to be extended further in teh future. Keep an eye on updated imagery.

something is severly messed up with these turn restrictions. There is a duplicate way instead of node as via. And it seems left/right was confused when setting up turn restrictions. Needs a check on the ground (or street level imagery) what is allowed

Facebook added here a junction. On aerial it looks a bit like a bridge. Check whether way towards north is connected here to the main road doing a curve.
