Is this supposed to be "Via Tanques Road" rather than just "Via Tanques?"

Clems was a flag-stop for the Southern Pacific, nothing more. I don't know why there is a historic site marker for it here. The location was nothing of significance.

There are a huge number of highway=crossing nodes around Santa Cruz that aren't connected to any roads. Some of them are very close to the places where one would expect to find a crosswalk (and can probably be joined to the way easily) while others are on random street corners and don't make much sense. Is this a bad import? It needs to be fixed.

This section of highway was closed when the SR156 bypass was opened.
