118796878 | over 3 years ago | There is currently of few folks cleaning up golf course tagging, predominately this is removing 'name' tagging on holes, greens and tees which is not required. You are likely to find that recent past edits that you have made will all get updated. It would be good if you could refrain from adding names to these objects into the future. Cheers |
118888217 | over 3 years ago | Nice work on the houses - be sure to use the Q key after assigning the object as a house/building. This will square the corners of the building and make them a bit neater. Cheers |
118887904 | over 3 years ago | Nice work on the houses. After assigning the object as a building or house you can press the Q key to square the corners to neaten things a bit more. Cheers |
118887165 | over 3 years ago | Nice work on the buildings Sam. If the corners of the buildings are square you can press the Q key to square them up after assigning them as buildings. I have updated the school buildings for you. Cheers |

118885058 | over 3 years ago | Nice work on the houses. To make the corners of the buildings square you can press the Q key after assigning the object a building tag. Thats what the ID validator is indicating. I have squared them up for you. Cheers |
118799747 | over 3 years ago | With such good Bing imagery in this area it would be good if you could more closely digitise the buildings. You can also 'square' the corners of the buildings using the Q key on your keyboard to make them much neater. Check out how I have updated this house. Cheers |
118687220 | over 3 years ago | No worries - I also usually dont send comments on every one I fix, usually just one per user if I think they are new. In your case I noted you were running meet ups so its a good thing to remind folks about if you get a chance. Keep up the good work... maybe Ice Cream shop mapping with the family - but they have to spot the shops first!! |
118687220 | over 3 years ago | Hi Sam - I check these via some Map Roulette challenges each month. https://maproulette.org/browse/challenges/4412 Its quite easy so its not a hassle as there is usually less than a dozen, per state, per month. It would be hard to script I reckon as there are so many ways that folks add the numbers. A group of us did a mass edit a couple of years ago when the numbers were in the 1,000's so now its just picking up new users or inadvertent slip ups. |
