The issue was access= no. I have removed that and added back the other tags for better clarity. It can take a while for tag changes to be reflected in routers.

Tip for you greyim - after digitising a building, use the Q key on your keyboard to square the corners of the buildings. It makes for a much neater building outline. I have just updated your recent edits. - Cheers

To get the + symbol on a mobile device numeric keypad you may need to do a LONG press on the zero (depends on device).
