Can't find any path here. Its up a private driveway with a small wall on the left. Can't either find any remains of an old path\passage. Didn't check the other end.

There are concrete steps /stairs from the tunnel uphill approx 50 meters.

This is not a path. Its a small water stream. It flows away under the railroad track trough a concrete tube.
