Stortuva, one snowfield, stream and one water added

Because Helgelandstrappa has many different sections, I made a relation combining them to one.

Slightly fine-tuned position of Mosjøen zip-line, according to aerial image

Swapped name and alt_name of Stortuva / Øyfjellvarden, Mosjøen. Reason: All local references point to Øyfjell (incl. signposts), as there is confusion if OSM uses different term. Feel free to revert this edit with good arguments.

Added cairn and seating possibility on top of Stortuva / Øyfjellet

Helgelandstrappa, updated to steps until the top. Also removed fixme=resurvey,refine, as the path agreed very well (a) with my GPS and (b) with aerial images were visible - so I considered it useful enough.

Added also a ford to the old path up to Øyfjellet

Moved a stream to run parallel to upper part of Helgelandstrappa; made further segments part of the steps. fixed issues with crossing streams.

Mosjøen; added a piece of arts and extended one service road

Changed a part of Nergato from Service Road to Foot Path as this is a footpath and not possible to pass by cars

Entrance of Helgelandstrappa - removed the old hiking path entrance which is not currently visible.
