Trails around the neighborhood, to the west the south?

On parcel dataset this is "common area as per short plat." What does than mean?

Not sure if this is a gulley. Probably earth bank, on the west side of the stream.

Not sure how much of the park property is the park. Probably best to reduce the mapped boundary to the obvious park on the ground, unless there are trails through the woods.

Entrance to park?

Guessing there's a trail between 305 and Haugen. Although 305 is a busy road, so maybe not.

There's obviously a power line here, not mapped. But is there really a public right of way along that route?

There's a gap in parcels here. Divide Block isn't actually contiguous.

I think the dog park is no longer there. Needs checking on the ground though.
