A highway shield with the word "user" is displaying on the map for some reason.

The state parks website has a map of the park, but it's not clear where the park boundaries lie. The map shades in the day use area, but that doesn't seem to be the entire park. If someone knows of a source with less ambiguous info, feel free to clean this up.

This residential building should be split into two semi-detached houses with an attached garage, just like the two buildings on either side of it. I can't figure out how to do it myself.

There is no gate here, just a section of fence that blocks passage on what is otherwise a continuous paved road.
