The ref tag should be "MO 177" instead of just "177", but the more pressing issue is that there is a break in the MO 177 route. I think MoDOT realigned the route around here for flooding anyway, so it's probably worth checking the entire route. I'll tackle this this evening unless someone else picks it up by then

Small MHP may be named Abrams Trailer Court (I don't know the name of the MHP) but the sign post says "ABRAMS CT". I think that should be the primary name, and "Abrams Trailer Court" should be alt_name.

Signpost says "PEERVIEW". Some houses here are physically addressed "Peerview Drive" and others "Peer View Drive", but a few residents here use Lane for mail.

The general pattern I see in Arnold is that these older signs without suffixes usually imply Drive, so I think that's the better suffix, but I still recommend putting the Lane variants in alt_name since they're used by residents actively.
