Never seen a bus in via Cortivo. As the operator is SNL (Società Navigazione Lugano), maybe this refers to a boat stop? Maybe the one at Parco dell'Heleneum?

This bus stop probably belongs to Str di Gandria, as GB Discepoli is pedonal AND stairway.

If "pròxim" refers to that they are building the IES, this should be landuse=construction.
