I have modified the access tag (osm.org/way/279572866/history) based on internal driver feedback. It would be great if some local mapper can look into this and tag it accordingly or let me know, i'll make the edits.

On the basis of our driver feedback and cross verifying it with Mpaillary street imagery, I found a road closure to exist in this location, I would like to check till when the issue will exist in this location. If you are going to survey or have local knowledge of this vicinity, please make necessary changes in OSM.

The stream here, is not matching or may be outdated when compared with the available resources in OSM. As the stream is passing over buildings and is intermittent at some points we are not able to make the edit. The edit that’s made should reflect latest/current ground truth. So we need some information from localite to make the edit. Any local OSM user please fix /suggest best possible edit to resolve this issue.

I have modified road class to footpath based on internal driver feedback and OS Open data street view. Since I'm not aware of the barrier type, I have added barrier=yes.
