Hakodate - Added the missing sidewalk seaside. Please remove if you only want to rely on the road "sidewalks" tag, however a separate path is usually much easier to spot for map users.

Hakodate - Added the missing cycles+pedestrians path on Hakodate's port elevated overpass.

Hakodate - Added the new cruise terminal, the new roads serving it, the new Seaport Park and the pedestrian paths, to the best of my knowledge after being there and taking pictures in late April. Please fix if you have more recent information.
