This street has a combined bi-directional foot-cycle-lane one the right-hand side. Taggging is not correct.

This mapping of two superimposed roads seems not correct to me. There should be one road with name:left and name:right to accommodate the two names: in French (West side of the road) and in German (East side of the road). In addition, I suppose, the centre of the road is also the border, so that road should go also into the boundary relation.
