Thanks for your response and notifying me on this issue. Apologies that I missed to check on the deep history before editing. I've referred to Bing Imagery 2019 to edit and assumed it to be recent. I've reverted my changeset under #85420739

Thanks for reviewing my edit. While remodeling road into dual carriageway I created twin segment with same tags. Please refer to this link https://osmcha.mapbox.com/changesets/78195070/. Considering your suggestion, I have deleted additional tiger_zip tags here(please refer to this changeset 78505674) and will follow the same practice in future. Please suggest any other edit that I missed.

We only re-modeled road into dual carriageway due to the presence of physical median,(https://osmlab.github.io/osm-deep-history/#/way/325016166) please refer to this link which clearly shows these tags were added 5 years ago by another user.
