Hallo Wirtschaftsbetrieb Mainz, super dass ihr bei OSM mitmacht und die Informationen sozusagen direkt von der Quelle eintragt! Ich hätte drei kleine Verbesserungsvorschläge:

(1) Wenn ihr eine Änderung hochladet, dann schreibt einen kurzen Kommentar dazu, der diese Änderung beschreibt (z.B. "Öffnungszeiten Toilette korrigiert" oder so), anstatt jedesmal den Bandwurmsatz "Der Wirtschaftsbetrieb Mainz ist für die Unterhaltung..." - dieser Satz gehört eher auf Eure Profilseite, damit man weiss, mit wem man es zu tun hat.

(2) Die Tags "phone" und "website" sind eigentlich dazu da, Kontaktdaten für das konkrete Objekt abzubilden - aber bei der Toilette wird man ja kaum anrufen können, und auch die Webseite ist ja nur eine allgemeine Webseite von Euch und keine, auf der speziell zu dieser einen Toilette was steht. Würde ich also weglassen.

(3) Für das Tag "opening_hours" gibt es eine spezielle Syntax, wenn ihr Euch an die haltet, dann kann das auch von Software richtig ausgewertet werden. Die Syntax ist hier beschrieben: osm.wiki/Key:opening_hours

Dear Kfar Aabida Municipality, in this changeset you have tagged a couple of village boundaries with the tag "admin_level=1" which would indicate a supra-national body. Your village may be important but it is not *that* important. Please choose an appropriate value according to osm.wiki/Key:admin_level.

Also, when uploading data to OSM, please describe the nature of the change that was made in the changeset comment (for example "renamed cave entrance"), rather than just "Requested By Kfar aabida Municipality" - this is not useful. If you have difficulties expressing yourself in English, then using the local language is totally fine.

Dear Ajay, welcome to OSM. Please note that we do not write names in all caps - write "Sahrudaya Hostel", not "SAHRUDAYA HOSTEL" and so on. I also notice that you have deleted a lot of things in this changeset; whenever possible, try to "upgrade" something that exists, rather than deleting and re-drawing it.

You can delete objects if they have ceased to exist, but you cannot delete objects that exist in reality just because you want them hidden. I am reverting this changeset now.

What precisely is it that you do not agree with? I said that many of the buildings added in this changeset are not visible on Bing aerial imagery. Are you saying that the buildings added *are* actually visible on the imagery and therefore Bing is a credible source for this addition?

Many of the buildings added in this changeset are not visible on the imagery "Bing Maps Aerial" which is listed as a source in the changeset tags. On further edits please specify the data source you were using - were you tracing from aerial imagery, and if yes, then which imagery, and if not, then how did you know where the buildings are?

Hallo, ich finde Deinen Benutzernamen etwas problematisch, weil tatsächlich gelöschte Benutzer ja im Webinterface auch als "gelöscht" erscheinen, und das kleine Surfer-Icon leicht von jemandem übersehen werden kann. Das kann von Leuten missverstanden werden als "hier will einer gar nicht ernsthaft zu OSM beitragen, sondern nur Quatsch machen", und das färbt dann negativ auf Deine Beiträge ab. Überlege doch mal, ob Du vielleicht doch einen anderen Namen als "🏄‍♂️ gelöscht" nutzen kannst, wenn Du es ernst meinst mit OSM.

Please also specify the source of your edits. Note that we only use two different ways for the different driving directions if there is a *physical separation* between the two; your ways osm.org/way/1219882604 and osm.org/way/1219882605 do not seem to fulfil this requirement.

Hallo Alan and welcome to OSM! The "name" field is used only for things that have a name, for example if there is a building and it is called the "Morning Sun House" or something like that. A standard residential house does not have a name, hence please do not fill in "casa" in the name field. You can see on the map that it looks wrong!

Also, when you upload a change, try to find a better description than "Actualización" - that would fit 95% of edits made in OSM! Describe what it is that you have updated. More info here: osm.wiki/Good_changeset_comments

There are a lot of high-security government buildings there. It does not seem plausible that they all have been demolished. Can you point to any source that confirms the demolition of the whole security complex?

A new user signed up and immediately made thousands of edits in this area, massively changing road classes, deleting things and so on. I wanted to ask the user what their data source was for these sweeping changes, but by that time the user had already deleted their account and it was impossible to verify their contribution. Hence I removed the data.

Hallo Eure Majestät, Ihr habt hier einen Parkscheinautomaten mit dem Namen "Parkscheinautomat" eingetragen - aber ohne die Tags, die es einer Software erlauben würden, zu verstehen, worum es geht! Richtig wäre amenity=vending_machine, vending=parking_tickets wie hier beschrieben osm.wiki/DE:Tag:amenity%3Dvending_machine - und das "Name"-Feld bitte leer lassen, ausser wenn einer dieser Automaten wirklich mal einen Eigennamen hätte, was sicherlich sehr selten vorkommt.

Hallo Hans, willkommen bei OpenStreetMap. Ich habe gesehen, dass Du Deine eigene Agentur und einige Deiner Kunden bei OSM eingetragen hast. Dagegen ist nichts einzuwenden (schau Dir aber nochmal die Teppichboden.de GmbH an, die ist jetzt doppelt, einmal als Punkt und einmal als Gebäude!) Wenn Du diese Eintragungen im Rahmen Deiner Geschäftstätigkeit vornimmst (und nicht weil Du als Privatperson zufällig Ortskenntnis hast), dann solltest Du das im Sinne der Transparenz in Deinem Userprofil entsprechend schreiben ("Ich arbeite in der XY-Agentur und kümmere mich darum, dass unsere Kunden korrekt eingetragen sind" oder so).

Hallo, in OSM machen wir einen Unterschied zwischen "nicht nutzbar" (das zeichnen wir z.B. mit "access=no" ein) und "nicht vorhanden". Nur in letzterem Fall ist eine Löschung gerechtfertigt. Auf dem Luftbild sieht es mir so aus, als ob hier ein Weg existiert?
