I wonder how, in SteveA's understanding, these should be tagged? Surely it must be possible to record that information somehow? -- I agree with emacsen that you should not armchair-tag a railway track as highspeed=yes based solely on the information that it is used by a train line advertised as a high speed train.

This appears to be an un-discussed and faulty import. The nodes have no tags and are not members of any ways. There is no mention of this import on osm.wiki/Import/Catalogue. Buildings seem to have been cut off geometrically at the boundaries. Do not continue this building import.
