Dear WieKo68, to make this very clear, the websites you are taking the data from must either explicitly allow the use in OSM, or at least have an open license without strict attribution rules and without a prohibition on commercial use. If the web site says something like "data is under CC-BY-SA" or "data is free for personal use" then it is not suitable. In your future contributions, please use the changeset source field to provide links to the relevant web sites so that everyone can read the license themselves. (Do not provide a link to the homepage of the church - provide a link to the precise page where you downloaded the data.)

Also, as I said, please stop adding name tags to boundary ways even if it is only temporary. You are using OSM as a staging tool to help you manage your import process and that is not how imports work!

Both of these comments will certainly have been made by other mappers with whom you have discussed this data import, as required by the import guidelines!

Ich habe diesen Änderungssatz revertiert, denn "Beschwerden von Grundstückseigentümern über ungleichmäßiges Mapping von Gärten" ist kein ausreichender Löschgrund. Bei Bedarf kann das Angliegen der Grundstückseigentümer im Forum zur Sprache gebracht werden, vielleicht findet sich dann jemand, der das Gartenmapping vervollständigt. Lieber "siwag" bzw. "der-von-da", es gehört zu den ganz normalen Qualitätskontrollmechanismen in OpenStreetMap, dass Mapper sich gegenseitig auf die Finger schauen und Rückfragen stellen, wenn etwas ungewöhnlich aussieht. Wenn Du damit nicht umgehen kannst, dann bist Du bei OSM falsch.

Dear WieKo68, please don't add name tags to the boundary ways. It is sufficient for them to be included in a relation that says what they are. Also please state your source for these boundaries. The source must be verifiable by other mappers and the license of the data must be compatible with OSM.

Warum es mit Disputen zu tun haben sollte? Weil Du ein Dickkopf bist, dich gerne streitest und solche Streitereien nicht schnell vergisst, darum. Daham behauptet, er sei hier daheim und der Name sei durchaus lokal in Verwendung. Du behauptest das Gegenteil. Wie könnte man diese Diskussion sachlich lösen? Man kann ja nicht wie bei einer abgebauten Bahnstrecke einfach hingehen und ein Foto machen. Hast du einen Vorschlag?

Bobbi123, dass ein Flurname "in manchen Karten eher verwirrt" sollte kein Grund sein, ihn nicht zu verwenden. Du schreibst, diese Namen seien "bei Euch in der Gemeinde" nicht mehr in Verwendung, und Daham behauptet, sie seien vor Ort in Verwendung. Ich würde sagen, im Zweifel einfach drinlassen, sie haben ja jetzt 6 Jahre keinen gestört. Wie kommt es, dass Du jetzt plötzlich auf die aufmerksam wirst - ist das Zufall oder hat das was mit den diversen anderen Disputen zu tun, die Du mit dem User Daham pflegst?

We're always a little edgy when newcomers add lots of beaches because we've had a number of Pokemon Go players trying to game the system hence my curiosity... can you confirm that things like osm.org/way/1312275761 are actually referred to as "beaches" locally?

Dear Staelle, thank you for your contributions to OSM. It would be great if you could add a human-readable changeset comment when you upload - for example, "mapped buildings in ..." or so. It is ok if the comment is in French but it should be natural language and not some #hashtag #desert with abbreviations that nobody can understand!

Dear 189eg, please always specify a data source in the source field when you are uploading data. Especially when you're adding maxspeed tags to railways in faraway countries! We want to know where you know that from.

Daham, in der Sache hat Bobby123 insofern recht, als das "Quelle: Bayernwerk" nicht ausreicht. Denn das kann ja jeder behaupten und - da Du selber sagst, dass nur ein "berechtigter Personenkreis" an die Info kommt - niemand überprüfen. Wir wollen aber, dass unsere Daten überprüfbar sind - entweder vor Ort durch Hinschauen, oder wenigstens durch Blick auf eine öffentlich zugängliche Quelle.

This changeset has introduced a very large number of buildings overlaps e.g. osm.org/way/1310618078 and osm.org/way/748630706. It also claims to be using Esri World Imagery but adds many buildings that are not visible on this imagery. Please clarify!

In your latest edit you wrote "paths are allowed to be used by customers" but then you have put access=no instead of, as I suggested above, access=customers!

(Many of) these paths are clearly visible on aerial imagery and therefore will certainly not be removed; but we should endeavour to record them correctly. If these are really off limits even for golfers then they should be recorded as access=no, but if customers are welcome to use them then they should be access=customers.

In this changeset you deleted over 100 buildings that had only been recorded into OSM 4 months ago. Have these buildings all been removed on the ground and replaced by new buildings, or had they been traced based on old aerial imagery? Are you positive that the imagery you are using is more recent?

Dear TayNiels, thank you for your contribution. We have an esablished tagging scheme for golf courses osm.wiki/Tag:leisure%3Dgolf_course and cart paths osm.wiki/Tag:golf%3Dcartpath - it would be appropriate to amend the existing incorrect "path" tagging accordingly. The outright deletion of paths that you have attempted in this changeset is not the correct solution. I have reverted the deletion and opened a marker here osm.org/note/4394627 asking the local community to look into this. Of course you're welcome to do this yourself but seeing that you're new I thought maybe it might be too taxing!

Dear SarahMThomas86, please consider using changeset comments that are readable by other human beings. "#hotosm-project-17204 #LACH_VC_TC_2024 #BERYL_VC_TC_2024" does not mean anything to the majority of OpenStreetMap contributors :(

Die Schutzgebietsverordnung https://www.landesrecht-hamburg.de/bsha/document/jlr-SievertNatDenkmSchVHArahmen sagt, dass es verboten sei, das Gebiet "das Gebiet außerhalb dafür bestimmter Wege zu betreten", und die Stadt sagt, diese Wege seien nicht "dafür bestimmt" also müssen wir das wohl so hinnehmen. Bezüglich des von komoot gesetzten "bicycle=no", das von Schildern vor Ort gestützt wird, in der Verordnung aber nicht drinsteht, hat die Stadt auf Anfrage ausweichend geantwortet (siehe osm.org/note/4373100). Ich ändere daran jetzt nichts.
