This does not make sense and they have been removed again. Your colleague Электротерм has done the same thing. Please read and observe our "organsied editing guidelines" at https://wiki.osmfoundation.org/wiki/Organised_Editing_Guidelines - among other things, these guidelines require that you have to clearly say (eg in your user profiles) which company you are working for. Please note that advertising of any kind is not allowed in OSM.

In this changeset you have modified osm.org/way/521898645 from "wetland=wet_meadow" to "wetland=swamp". Was this based on your personal assessment of the situation, or on discussions with the original mapper? I would say that a "wet meadow" is something very different from a "swamp".

Hello ChonkerStonker, in this changeset you have modified over 60 highway objects, yet your changeset comment is "tree rows, forests". Can you clarify?

Matt, I note that you have deleted the name if this airstrip twice, and that this is your only contribution to OSM for about the last twelve months. Please explain yourself. I don't share the notion that just because an airstrip is private it doesn't have a name. A quick online search shows that the name is well established.

In this changeset which you claim is sourced from Bing imagery, you added a new "Taormina Reserve Park" (osm.org/way/949773696). Since neither the name nor the extent of this "park" can come from Bing imagery - what is the source of this information?

Dear TLCastle, thank you for your recent efforts to repair some of the damage you have done to OSM. Sadly, there's much more work to do; OSM is still full of your "jokes" and personal attacks against other people like "LGBTQ Supporter Nate King Avenue", "Samantha's WAP", "Big Jim's", "Big Mouth Sam Road", "Richard Clendenin Drive", "Beth Smells Like Pickles Drive" and of course various incarnations of your very own "Travis L. Castle Drive". Please go through all your edits and repair these problems. I am afraid I am not able to research each individual piece of information that you have put in; if you cannot find the time to do the necessary repairs in the next 2 weeks, I will have to remove any and all your contributions from OSM.

Ich habe hier eine Reihe von Changeset-Kommentaren von Sockenpuppen des "beautifulplaces" u.a. entfernt, weil sie die für diesen Benutzer üblichen Anfeindungen enthielten.

Grundsätzlich ist anzumerken, dass Edits, die OSM verbessern, von jedem gern angenommen werden, AUSSER von Benutzern, die nach jahrelangem Hickhack gesperrt wurden, sich 20 Sockenpuppen angelegt haben und sich damit noch brüsten. Beiträge solcher Benutzer müssen wir leider ablehnen, selbst dann, wenn sie im konkreten Einzelfall korrekt und hilfreich wären. Solche Benutzer bei OSM mitmachen zu lassen, ist unterm Strich ein Minusgeschäft - ein schön eingezeichnetes Gebäude bringt uns nichts, wenn sich im Gegenzug dafür unsere Community wieder Schimpftiraden anhören muss. Daher: "Thanks but no thanks."

Falls man bezweckt, das letzte bisschen Respekt, dass irgendjemand in OSM vor "beautifulplaces" hat, zu ruinieren und den Namen für immer in den Dreck zu ziehen, dann ist dies genau die richtige Strategie. Besser könnten es die ärgsten Feinde nicht machen. Wenn ich künftig sage: "Eigentlich wollte der ja auch nur OSM voranbringen", werden mich alle verständnislos anschauen und dann zu lachen anfangen.

The AI stuff is a tool for the mapper but it doesn't reduce the mapper to a mere "clicker of upload buttons"; but the mapper is ultimately responsible for what they add and is supposed to quality-check the data. Therefore "this is what the AI did" is never a sufficient explanation for any upload to OSM.

Personally I think that an area where some random buildings have been mapped and others not is more difficult to spot as "needing attention" than one that hasn't got any buildings mapped.

Same goes for the source tag; if your software adds source tags to every single building, then you should stop using that software since it is obviously buggy.

Und hier kommt eine erste "andere Meinung" - erstens, der Konsens der deutschen Community entsteht derzeit primär im Forum, und um für Deutschland zu entscheiden, ob "Naturschutzgebiet" im Namen stehen soll oder nicht, wird ganz bestimmt niemand ein Wiki-Proposal starten; zweitens, dei Relation 11501292 sollte gelöscht werden, da sie eine unerwünschte Sammelrelation ist; drittens, wir legen Relationen da an, wo es für OSM sinnvoll ist, aber nicht als Hilfskonstrukte für externe Daten-Nutzer, dazu gehört Wikipedia. Wenn deren Karten-Engine nicht mit OSM-Objekten arbeiten kann, die keine Relationen sind, dann gehört die Engine repariert. Zwar wird man für die meisten NSG allein aufgrund ihrer Größe eine Relation anlegen wollen, aber "weil Wikipedia das braucht" ist keine zulässige Erklärung.

Die Grundbesitzer haben sich jetzt bei der DWG beschwert, nachdem die Komoot-Änderung rückgängig gemacht wurde, und jetzt darf ich herausfinden, was an der "dies ist ein Privatweg"-Behauptung dran ist...

Ich habe soeben erfahren, dass dieser "Frederik Ramm" offenbar auch den neuen Benutzer et_excluduntur gesperrt hat, osm.org/user_blocks/5135 - da muss eine Verschwörung im Gang sein!
